Chris Simms, Professional Football Player and son of former Super Bowl MVP quartherback Phil Simms was acquitted Wednesday by a Manhattan jury of driving while intoxicated on marijuana.
Simms was arrested in the early morning hours of July 1st at a police sobriety checkpoint.
